Instrumental in the initial design and construction of the bogie and the chassis of the vehicle, the information they hold in acquired knowledge is unique with regard to understanding why certain decisions were made and how the vehicle was intended to perform. The also have extensive experience in the construction of bespoke prototype mass transit vehicles. Appointed under Reg 32 of the PCR15
