Tender description

You are invited to submit a tender for the Partial Demolition and Restoration Works at the Sue Noake LC . The scope of the project is fully described within the ITT (Tender documents) in summary the scope is: The Contractor taking full responsibility for the design, demolition, clearance and reinstatement of the site in accordance with the contract. The demolition of identified building to include foundations, slab and any other below ground structure down to 2 metres. Works to commence in (date to be confirmed). and be completed within six (6) weeks, [incl. Public Holidays]. Available relevant information on the buildings has been included in the tender documentation and tenderers are required to review and supplement with any further surveys and/or exploration works considered appropriate prior to submitting a tender. For the avoidance of doubt, the successful contractor shall be responsible for all costs relating to the execution of the contract including the demolition of the buildings, removal of foundations and floor slabs and the safe disposal of all materials encountered, whether anticipated or unexpected.
