About the buyer
The British Broadcasting Corporation broadcasts TV, radio and online services across the UK, buying as a central body with its own commercial and procurement team. Framework agreements list approved suppliers across lots covering consultancy, digital design, digital games and broadcast systems. The restricted procedure opens first with a PQQ stage before suppliers reach a full invitation to tender.
Over the past 5 years, most of BBC's contract awards have been in IT services, business services and construction work.
