Hillview Surgery - Caretaking APMS contract This contract will be awarded to a provider under Urgent Award (Provider Selection Regime). £109.75 per raw patient with a caretaking premium of £10 per patient, totalling £119.75 per patient based on a list of 910 patients. For 3 months caretaking contract, this will cost £27,244. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Reason why the urgent circumstances provision was applied: Delaying the award to conduct a full application of the PSR would be likely to pose a risk to patient or public safety.
