This is a service concession The estimated income to the council is £45,300.00 (ex VAT) per annum This is a 98 month contract with no extensions available Appointment of a cafe and children's rides provider in the Play Area at Royal Victoria Park, Bath. The lease term will be 8 years expiring 31st March 2032 (excluded from the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Part 2).
