Town Centre strategy for place-making that informs the reconstruction of the western arrival into Ilford. The strategy will address severance that disconnects Ilford from Little Ilford by realising the opportunities afforded by the Roding Valley, Elizabeth Line and the 'lost space' between planning red lines and project initiatives.
