Tender description
Works were to be undertaken in Ysgol Deganwy Primary School during school summer holiday. Mobile Classroom / Cabin Upgrade Works - it included stripping of existing external cladding and replacement with new, new facias, doors, window, flooring (carpet and vinyl), formation of accessible toilet, drainage works, path and ramp construction, associated decoration and making good. Internal Toilet Alterations - was to include demolition and repositioning of internal walls, formation of accessible WC and shower, installation of new cubicles and sanitary ware, new flooring, wall cladding, installation of hoist system and associated electrics, new doors and widening of existing entrances, associated decoration and making good.
