Tender description
Northumberland County Council (NCC) is looking to conduct a procurement exercise to appoint a main contractor to carry out the works at The Berwick Maltings Theatre. A previous PIN was published however, due to some changes including the programme a new PIN is being published. To support this, we would like to gain information from the market regarding a number of issues related to the potential procurement exercise. MICA Architects have been appointed as lead designer for The Berwick Maltings refurbishment, remodelling and extension project. This tender is to appoint a Main Contractor. The current construction estimate is £14.5 million. All responses should be provided by completing the Market Engagement Questionnaire and uploading your response via the NEPO portal.
