Tender description

Following the establishment of the NHS Executive in April 2023, there is need for OD consultancy advice and facilitation to support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of the NHS Executive and the Executive Directors Team (EDT) of Health and Social Care – Welsh Government. The aim of the work is to design and facilitate and deliver of a programme of work. The NHS Executive is looking for a partner organisation to design and deliver a programme of support to the Senior Leadership Team of the NHS Executive and the Executive Directorate Leadership Team of HSSG Welsh Government (in respect of their role in the NHS Executive). The aim is to create strong and cohesive leadership within and across both teams to jointly deliver the NHS Executive purpose.
