Tender description
This project consists of the construction of 9 number residential housing units at Churchglen, Ballylanders, Co. Limerick. This 9 nr. unit development is made up of: 1 no. two-storey three-bed unit; 3 no. two-storey two-bed units; 1 no. single-storey one-bed unit and 4 no. one-bed duplex units. In addition to this, ancillary site works comprising of an access road, services, footpaths, parking, boundary treatment and landscape works are proposed.
