Electronic Signing and Sealing Software_24\r \r Liverpool City Council require a supplier to provide electronic signing and sealing software, primarily, to support the completion of contractual document via a Software as a Service ("SaaS") solution.\r \r The solution must ensure that any signature is legally admissible in accordance with UK law (including the UK eIDAS and the Electronic Communications Act 2000) relating to the usage of electronic signatures, using advanced electronic signatures and operate in a secure environment.\r \r Further information and the tender documentation can be obtained from: https://procontract.due-north.com from 17:00 on 14 March 2024.\r \r The deadline for completing the questionnaire is 17:00 on 15 April 2024.\r \r Your company will need to register on Procontract (Due North) to be able to receive the opportunity.
