Tender description
The replacement and refurbishment of boys and girl’s toilets including structural works due to the new layouts of the toilets. The installation of eleven fire doors with access controls and escape bars all as per the fire risk assessment report. Full decoration to all areas within the scope of works and replacement flooring where required. Removal and replacement of seven roof dome lights and two rooflights. Lot 1: This was procured through Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) PB3 Framework.
