Tender description
Babcock Land Defence Ltd, acting as agent for the UK Ministry of Defence, has awarded a contract with Blakely Electrical Ltd for the purchase of Light and Power Distribution Systems for use in MoD Abbey Wood for a duration of4 years without prior publication of a contract notice in the UK notification service (as required by the relevant legislation) is lawful in accordance with regulation 32(2) (b) (ii) of the PCR 2015.
