RFQ For the Provision of a stakeholder perception and engagement study

The Project We are seeking consultant(s) to plan and deliver an independent stakeholder engagement exercise with our key external partners. The aim is to identify and understand external perceptions of RBH among those individuals and organisations who hold influence in our ongoing journey of recovery. This piece of work will provide us with the essential stakeholder insight required to drive forward our new corporate strategy, and our approach to communications, marketing, branding and engagement, as well as providing the groundwork for building refreshed, genuine and transparent partnerships. Working with the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will identify the stakeholders to be engaged with, carry out the perception study and then provide an evaluation and key findings in a format(s) that can best be used for engaging with internal colleagues and with Board members. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in July 2024, with surveys to be conducted throughout August and, if necessary, September. Keywords: Consultancy, Engagement, Stakeholder engagement
