Tender description
The works comprise the removal of the existing flat roof coverings and insulation and replacement with new insulation and multi-layer reinforced bitumen membrane. Rainwater outlets, hoppers and downpipes are to be renewed, and at Halfway areas of patent glazing are to be replaced with new contractor designed units.
