The total value of this contract's initial 36 month term is £180,000.00 (ex VAT) The total value of this contract's initial 36 month term is £216,000.00 (inc VAT) There are 2 extensions available as follows: Optional extension 1 value is £60,000.00 (ex VAT) Optional extension 2 value is £60,000.00 (ex VAT) The total potential contract value exclusive of VAT is £300,000.00 (including all extension options) The total potential contract value inclusive of VAT is £360,000.00 (including all extension options) Planned preventative maintenance and ad hoc repairs and maintenance service to the Council for overhead track hoist systems and freestanding hoists, mattresses etc for service users requiring equipment under the remit of Bath & North East Somerset Council.
