Tender description
The Estates Department manage properties which are owned by City of Edinburgh Council but occupied by non-operational (private) tenants. As a commercial landlord, they are required to act as a ‘managing agent’ and undertake various services which are common to all occupiers. This contract relates to refuse uplift services at Ratho 1, Ratho 3, Clocktower, Abbeymount Techbase, 46a Bavelaw Rd Lot 1: Single supplier required to carry out Refuse uplift services at the sites detailed.
