Norfolk County Council has awarded a contract giving access to a readily available digital library of Virtual Reality training videos which contain a variety of acted scenarios showing the lived trauma and experiences of children in care as well as various interventions from carers showing how reactions from the carers will affect the outcome of a child’s behaviour.
