The successful firm will assist our in-house legal team in the following areas: - commercial contracts - dispute resolution, including litigation advice and representation - health & safety - corporate law and governance - data protection and information - energy - property development and regeneration - construction law - regulation of registered social landlords - procurement law - conveyancing.
