A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Care and Support in Extra Care Housing.<br/><br/>The aim of the DPS is to allow for the creation of more capacity and choice for Older People and their families, whilst allowing a range of service providers to work together in partnership(s) to ensure that services provided in the Extra Care Housing schemes are seamless and outcomes which cross specific individual services can be measured and improved. Lot 1: A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Care and Support in ExtraCare Housing.<br/><br/>The aim of the DPS is to allow for the creation of more capacity and choice for Older People and their families, whilst allowing a range of service providers to work together in partnership(s) to ensure that services provided in the Extra Care Housing schemes are seamless and outcomes which cross specific individual services can be measured and improved. Additional information: Existing providers on the DPS do not need to apply.
