Tender description
The project involves the refurbishment and fit out of existing vacant units (Units 15 and 16) for Clontarf and Coastal Community Health Network at Bayside Shopping Centre, Dublin 13 to comprise admin offices, clinical rooms and building facilities and ancillary spaces. The existing vacant units, totalling approx. 185sqm and 325sqm, are currently in a shell + core status.
