The construction of a central Cold Storage Facility at Leigh Police Station to accommodate the overflow of forensic type samples force wide. The supplier is to design, supply and install based on the information obtained during a site visit. The contract is for the build and then 12 months maintenance / monitoring with the option to extend by a further 2 x 12 months.
