About the buyer
Radius Housing is a social and affordable housing provider with almost 14,000 homes across Northern Ireland. That procedure opens with a conditions of participation stage that prequalifies contractors. A planned maintenance contractor framework has been tendered in two lots. One lot covers cyclical maintenance and minor works, and the second covers multi-element improvements. Choice Housing Ireland is a joint contracting authority on a Belfast scheme.
Over the past 5 years, most of Radius Housing's contract awards have been in construction work, architectural and engineering services and waste, cleaning and environmental services.
