Tender description

Legal services relating to childcare (including education welfare services, early year services, domestic violence applications and criminal matters related to the minor) for Galway/Roscommon. The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a single service provider contract. Typical activity which arises will include but not necessarily be limited to • Appearance in District, Circuit and Higher Courts to deal with complex and sensitive applications to protect minors including domestic violence and criminal matters; • Advising Tusla on complex and sensitive childcare cases • Advising on regulatory issues, risk management and codes of conduct • Brussels II bis Regulation and Hague Convention related matters • Prosecutions on behalf Tusla including in the area of Educational Welfare Services and Early Years Services • Cost negotiations Legal services relating to childcare (including education welfare services, early year services, domestic violence applications and criminal matters related to the minor) for Galway/Roscommon.
