Annual maintenance by a barge and divers to maintain safety in and around Boscombe reef. The Boscombe surf reef is deteriorating gradually. The contractor has been used for all previous surveys and maintenance and their familiarity with the structure and recognition of the condition in a poor visibility environment is essential for making strategic and safe recommendations.
