Tender description
The purpose of this Framework is to assist Sunderland City Council to comply with their duties under the "Energy Performance of Buildings Directive" to provide Energy Performance Certificates, Display Energy Certificates and Air Conditioning Inspections. The requirements under this Framework will be split into the following Lots.
