Summary of Requirements – Coleg Sir Gar The College are seeking to employ the services of contractor(s) to provide roof repairs to identified areas within the Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion Estate. The required work will be split in to individual projects referred to as ‘Lots’ and the contractor is invited to submit a cost for one, two, three or all items of work. CSG Lot 1. Works at Graig Campus, Llanelli (1a and 1b) CSG Lot 2. Waterproof Flashing Works at Graig Campus, Llanelli CSG Lot 3. Works at Pibwrlwyd Campus, Carmarthen CSG Lot 4. Works on Theatre Roof and Carwyn James Building, Carmarthen UWTSD Lot 6. Works on Hen Coleg Roof, Carmarthen UWTSD Lot 7.
