SOLAS are seeking the expertise to develop a suite of FET Micro-Qualifications in Learning and Development. Key areas can include skills audit, identification of skills solutions, talent attraction, retention and development, Training Needs Analysis, learning, content and assessment design, tutor and learner resource development and evaluation.
