Tender description
The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a Contractor to undertake a final Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment (BRIA) which includes a table, summary and report, The overall aim of the contract is to provide a robust and timely BRIA report, to help shape our policies on Ending the Sale of Peat in Scotland.
