Tender description
Kilkenny County Council is seeking to develop a regeneration framework plan for the Butts area in Kilkenny city. The purpose of this regeneration framework is to provide an in-depth financial, social and economic appraisal of the regional scheme, a clear plan and timeframe for the implementation of the scheme, the overall funding requirement and potential sources of funding, including the issue of private finance, and expected outputs and ultimate outcomes of the scheme.
