About the buyer
Mayors Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) oversees policing and crime reduction across London from its base at City Hall, and buys as a police body with its own procurement team. Framework agreements, including a Building Works Framework renewed for 2025/26, cover recurring construction contracts. MOPAC commissions frontline services addressing violence against women, gangs and domestic abuse. Procurement and grant-making decisions follow public sector regulations to keep the process fair, transparent and accessible.
Over the past 5 years, most of MOPAC's contract awards have been in IT services, health and social work and research and development.
