Lot 4: Business Development and Commercialisation The technical services provided will primarily support the Circular Economy Activator workstream by helping ensure that supported SMEs have access to specialist business development and / or commercialisation knowledge to help prepare for full commercial rollout of their proposition. This will provide them with a more robust and demonstrable understanding of their business approach, including initial business models and financials, structural and / or process changes required for transition, and the life-cycle and sustainability of their product or service design. It may also be required, from time to time, to provide more specialist support to SMEs within both the Circular Economy Primer and the Circular Economy Implementation Support workstreams where this provide more effective and efficient delivery of the requirements.
