Leicestershire County Council ("the Council") invites Quotations for the provision of Counselling and therapeutic services to Adult victims and survivors of Domestic Abuse.\r \r The Council would like to procure a skilled and experienced provider to deliver therapeutic support/counselling services for adults victims of domestic abuse, both males and females.
