In summary: the objective of this competition is to establish a single-party agreement for design, development and delivery of legal training programmes in respect to sea-fisheries law and seafood safety law and provision of related services . The enforcement of sea-fisheries and food safety legislation is one of SFPA’s core functions. In undertaking our regulatory obligation the SFPA always strives to operate in a consistent, proportionate and transparent manner. In support of this approach, the purpose of this tender competition is to identify a training provider who can provide appropriate training to our Sea-Fisheries protection Officers (SFPOs) in dealing with contraventions of sea-fisheries law and food safety law .
