Tender description
Minor refurbishment and repair works to the South Wheal Crofty site Service building to allow the occupation of Safe & Well, Public Protection, Together for Families, planning, CEO's and back office staff. General building works to include construction and alteration of partitions, redecoration, new flooring and ceiling changes, repair of high need windows and roof, installation of kitchenette and MEP works to service the revised layout. External works to include drainage, redirection of surface water and rectification of damp issues.
