Tender description
The provision of services to be provided to HMRC under this Call-Off Contract is to build, run, maintain and optimise HMRC Customer Insight Platform live services, including high availability transaction monitoring. This Call-Off has been awarded using Crown Commercial Services (CCS), Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 (RM1043.7) Framework Agreement. The contract term is 12 months and includes the option to extend.
