Tender description
Belfast City Council are seeking expressions of interest from Social Enterprises interested in operating the Bobbin Café at Belfast City Hall, including using the cafe facilities to provide additional optional catering services outlined within the Pre Market Engagement Survey Document. Social Enterprises interested in this opportunity must email CPS@Belfastcity.gov.uk to express interest and request a PME survey, and return the completed survey before 4.00pm 8th January 2024. The purpose of this PME exercise is to assess capacity and capability of the Social Enterprise Sector to meet the requirements. PME responses may be used to inform the future tender specification. Social Enterprises responding to this EOI and returning a completed PME survey will be invited to participate in a tender exercise.
