Tender description

WCC advertised this tender with a closing date of 21st August 2023. We did not receive any suitable tender submissions and published the exercise as a failed procurement. We subsequently ran a negotiated procedure without prior publication under PCR 2015 regulation 32. This has resulted in an award.
