Funding for this procurement is in the final stages of approval, and while that approval is expected this notice should not be considered as a guarantee that this or any similar future procurement will go ahead. Should it be approved, the procurement will be conducted by South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) in partnership with Eyemouth Harbour Trust (EHT).
