Tender description
The service provides information, support, guidance and signposting to Carers in the Borough which also include monthly peer support group sessions and day activities for carers. The service is actively working on identifying hidden Carers in the borough to champion their rights. The service also provides mental health support through various coping strategies to Carers on the brink of crisis point.
