The City of London Corporation is seeking to engage with suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide and manage a delivery service from the City's Markets including staff, vehicles, systems, tracking and customer service. The City of London Corporation is seeking qualified partners to operate a consolidated delivery service for its three wholesale markets: Billingsgate Fish Market, New Spitalfields Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Market, and Smithfield Meat Market. The ideal partner will have demonstrated experience in cold chain food delivery, the ability to set up an order system, a clear plan for reducing vehicles and emissions, and the ability to measure and present data on the impact of the service.
