Tender description
Merchants Quay Ireland, propose to carry out works to their property at Riverbank, No 13 Merchants Quay, Dublin 8. The works will include the refurbishment and conversion of the basement to Ireland’s first Medical Safe Injecting Facility (387 sq.m.), demolition of existing and construction of new Bathroom block (77 sq.m.), construction of new sheltered off-street Queuing Area and the construction of new single Storey Entrance Block
