Q20542: PTMP Part 2 - Post Tensioned Management Plan To appoint a contractor to undertake the PT special investigations including trial holes, drilling into post-tensioned ducts to detect voids, concrete testing etc. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest.
