The term of the contract is 1 September 2023 until 31 August 2026 and the initial term with the option to extend for up to a further period or periods up to 12 months at the sole discretion of the Authority. Contract awarded following a further competition in accordance with the DPS. Values given are based on historic or anticipated take up and are estimated for the duration of the contract. There is no guarantee of number of courses over the duration of the contract
