The Combined Authority wishes to purchase a Software as a Service (SaaS) data store and open data platform to host nature recovery maps and datasets and act as a Regional Evidence Portal. The Regional Evidence Portal should be a flexible and powerful open data portal initially focused on nature evidence but leading to a wider range of use cases.
