Information, guidance and support services for Small and Medium sized Suffolk employers to address health and wellbeing

Tender description

We are issuing this PIN to inform the market of our intentions and invite potential providers to register on Suffolk Sourcing. Two-year contract with potential to extend dependent on funding becoming available. The procurement is to develop and trial three services aimed at SME employers in Suffolk to support them to address, maintain and/or improve health and wellbeing of employees and keep them in work through information, advice, guidance and support using 'good work' and healthy workforce principles. Lot 1: Good Work & Health Resource Hub The provider will develop and manage an online resource hub for employers that enables them to easily access and navigate resources, evidence, best practice, and services on provision of good work and to enable and maintain a healthy workforce Lot 2: Good Work & Health Ambassador Network The provider will establish and run a network of employers who demonstrate best practice in good work and healthy workforce principles Lot 3: Good Work & Health Navigator Service The provider will develop and deliver a service that offers small employers in targeted sectors and geographical locations an opportunity to discuss workforce issues and access advice, guidance and support to find solutions using good work and healthy workforce principles.
