Tender description

As part of the Council Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP) to build modern, high quality affordable homes, Property Management and Investment has a project to deliver: 14 new build houses, on recently cleared sites at Newhouse Drive, Kilbirnie and Laburnum Avenue, Beith. This is in accordance with North Ayrshire Councils Design Guide. The project is to be delivered using Modern Methods of Construction: Category 1D: Pre-manufactured (3D primary structural systems) based on volumetric construction involving the production of three-dimensional units in controlled factory conditions prior to final installation.
