Tender description
Leicestershire County Council and ESPO ("the Council") invites Quotations for a testing agency to provide drug and alcohol, testing as per the attached Policy (Appendix 1), Procedure (Appendix 2) and Toolkit (Appendix 3) documents on the grounds of health and safety and compliance with the Traffic Commissioner's recommendations.
