Tender description
Medway Council has secured funding from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (‘Levelling Up Parks Fund’) and developer contributions (Section 106) to improve the play area at Luton Millennium Green, Albany Road, Luton, Chatham, Medway, Kent. Contractors are invited to tender for the refurbishment of the play area as detailed below to a total budget of £73,000 (ex VAT). All the budget should be spent and should not be exceeded.
