Tender description
Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) is an executive agency of Scottish Government and manages Scotland’s Forest and Land. We manage land on behalf of Scottish Ministers and serve as part of the Environment and Forestry directorate of the Scottish Government. We would like to invite you to quote for the following contract on behalf of our Civil Engineering function within Central Region. The works are to construct approx. 708m of new forest road (combined between two sites) and rebuild approx 133m of existing forest road at Lennoxtown, Central Region. The road will be metaled using stone from stockpile available from FLS Quarry at Birny Hills, and surfacing material will be used from stockpiles available within Lennoxtown Forest Block.
